About The Founder
My name is Seira Flores and I am the founder and creator of Alkamīe.
​
I stand as living proof that the right mindset, combined with dedicated personal development, can set the stage for rapid business success. I've launched multiple 7-figure businesses culminating in a successful exit, all by the age of 35. My secret? The continuous quest for mindset mastery.
​
My fascination with psychology was kindled from an early age. Growing up as the child of a psychotherapist, I was immersed in the intricate world of human behavior, motivation, and transformation. Questions like, "What shapes individuals?" and "What fuels change?" became my lifelong passion.
​
Following in my mother's footsteps, I received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at UC Berkeley, building a foundation in understanding the human psyche. My journey then led me to the County of Los Angeles, where I honed my skills in systems thinking, project management, and social innovation. It was here that my passion for systemic social change took root.

I wanted to round out my skills, so I pivoted in 2017 to learn entrepreneurship and launched several successful eCommerce startups. I taught myself the fundamentals of launching and scaling a profitable business, and was able to create multiple multi-million dollar companies within 5 years. This culminated into a successful exit in 2020.

How did I achieve this? Yes, I learned and applied the essentials of building a business, but what I spent the most time and energy on was developing my own mindset. I deep dove into leadership psychology and performance coaching and absorbed everything I could to perform at my peak and create the business that I desired. And now I know, without a shred of doubt, that this is the work that led to my success NOT the business skills themselves.

I realized that this was my way to empower others and so I became a certified coach and began coaching other leaders, fine-tuning my leadership empowerment model along the way. Since then my mission has been unwavering: to empower visionary leaders, those who carry the flame of passion and a deep commitment to creating change in their communities, with the potent tools of leadership empowerment coaching and training.
